PRESS RELEASE

Glenn Only Supports Morally Upstanding Candidates Like Mark Robinson

September 20, 2024

RICHMOND, VA – Just weeks after Glenn traveled to North Carolina to be a “special guest” at a fundraiser for gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson, CNN has released a disgusting hit piece attacking Robinson’s pristine character and untarnished public image.

Among other things, the vile article alleges that Mark Robinson once referred to himself on an online message board as a “black NAZI!” and wrote that “slavery is not bad. Some people need to be slaves.” The story released by the hyper-partisan Clinton News Network also states that Robinson used antisemitic slurs, anti-Muslim slurs, and anti-gay slurs in his online posts.

Because Glenn recently took time out of his busy schedule as Virginia’s Governor to fly down to Raleigh and help raise money for Robinson’s campaign, we wanted to hear what he had to say about these undoubtedly false accusations.

After all, Robinson has said a lot of colorful things long before Glenn was his special guest in Raleigh.

“Glenn only supports and fundraises for morally-upright, family-friendly candidates who align with his carefully curated image,” an aide told us over the phone. “Glenn won’t stand for even a hint of impropriety. He’s a soft spoken dad in a red vest for Pete’s sake! That’s why he’s thrown his support behind other principled and righteous candidates like Kari Lake and Paul LePage.”

When we asked if the journalistic malpractice contained within the CNN article was at all troubling to the Youngkin team, the usually-buttoned up aide immediately burst into tears, weeping into the phone.

“If what I read is true,” the aide quietly said, “what does that say about the integrity of the man I work for?”

We had no clue what that crybaby was talking about, so we just hung up.
